Leadership360 Education & Committee Program
The Leadership360 Program is One West’s new, dynamic approach to growing strong, connected leaders across the West. This two-part initiative offers both a paid, in-depth education series and a free peer-learning committee—giving leaders at every stage a place to grow. Powered by Fired Up! Culture, the program blends research-based learning, personalized coaching, and practical tools with a supportive community focused on real-world challenges and shared solutions.
Participants can choose the Leadership360 Education Program, a structured journey that includes a professional assessment, one-on-one coaching, and six bi-monthly Leadership Academy sessions. Or they can join the Leadership360 Committee, a free collaborative forum featuring guest speakers, case studies, and peer-to-peer conversations. Together, these opportunities create a flexible, accessible pathway for leaders to build skills, strengthen confidence, and make a lasting impact in their organizations and communities.
