The Leadership360 Program offers two exciting paths to leadership development: a deep-dive paid education series and a free peer-learning committee. Designed for leaders who want a structured, immersive growth experience, the Leadership360 Education Program blends research-driven content, personalized coaching, and hands-on practice. Led by our partners at Fired Up! Culture, this program helps you sharpen your leadership strengths and build new ones with intentionality.

🎯 Personalized Coaching

A 60-minute, one-on-one assessment debrief and goal-setting session

🎓 Leadership Academy Sessions

Six (6) bi-monthly sessions, held virtually or in-person depending on summit schedules

This free program mirrors the same six core leadership elements but explores them through real-world experiences and peer conversations.
