Designed for leaders who want a structured, immersive growth experience, the Leadership360 Education Program blends research-driven content, personalized coaching, and hands-on practice. Led by our partners at Fired Up! Culture, this program helps you sharpen your leadership strengths and build new ones with intentionality.

What’s Included:

🔍 Leadership360 Assessments

• Up to 15 assessments annually, offered exclusively to One West members

• Reduced rate of $500 per assessment

🎯 Personalized Coaching

• A 60-minute, one-on-one assessment debrief and goal-setting session

• Led by a Fired Up! Culture Coach—most often Linda John

🎓 Leadership Academy Sessions

• Six (6) bi-monthly sessions, held virtually or in-person depending on summit schedules

• Each session focuses on one of the six essential Leadership360 elements:

  • Inspiring Excellence

  • Managing for Results

  • Promoting Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Encouraging Individual Achievement & Growth

  • Supporting Critical Thinking & Consensus Building

  • Personal & Professional Development

Participants finish the series with practical tools, new insights, and a clear roadmap for ongoing leadership success.
