Lesley Rowbal

Lesley Rowbal is a seasoned destination marketing and strategy leader based in Cheyenne, Wyoming, currently serving as Senior Director of Destination Strategy at Madden Media, a leading travel and tourism marketing firm. In this role, Lesley drives strategic initiatives that help destinations strengthen their brand, grow visitation, and elevate tourism impact.

Lesley has been with Madden Media for over five years, during which time she has shaped key destination marketing campaigns. Her work involves cross-functional collaboration, creative development, and data-informed planning that supports tourism partners and amplifies destination appeal. She has also previously worked at the Wyoming Office of Tourism, the state's DMO.

Prior to her current role, Lesley advanced through strategic marketing functions that built her expertise in leadership, communications, and audience development. She brings a blend of analytical insight and creative thinking to destination strategy, fostering meaningful connections between places and the travelers who visit them.

Lesley holds an MBA from Chadron State College and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wyoming.
