Destination storytelling has become more challenging, with fewer travel desks to pitch, faster news cycles to navigate, and reputations that can shift with a single post. The Public Relations Committee brings together destination communicators, marketers, and public relations professionals in a trusted space to exchange media strategies, pressure-test crisis messaging, and learn from peers who have faced similar challenges.
Members will share best practices, explore emerging communications trends, and collaborate on storytelling, media relations, stakeholder engagement, crisis communications, and destination reputation management—helping strengthen the voice of destinations throughout the One West community.
